NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jun 1, 2012) - A dividend distribution of $0.01 per share was declared today by Foxby Corp. (PINKSHEETSFXBY), payable June 29, 2012 to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2012.
This notice discloses information on the sources of the distribution as required by SEC Rule 19(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940. As of the date of this press release and based on the Fund's results and estimates for the current period, the distribution of $0.01 per share would include approximately 60%, 0%, and 40% from net investment income (representing net income earned by the Fund in 2011 and 2012), capital gains, and return of capital, respectively.
The amounts and sources of distributions reported in this press release are only estimates and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes. The actual amounts and sources of the amounts for tax reporting purposes will depend upon the Fund's investment experience during the entirety of its fiscal year and may be subject to changes based on tax regulations.
